The killer had two brothers working at the same police department, juan and ruben.

I was told by a city of mcallen employee the killing was over a woman Arnie & the killer were interested in.

She worked at an established roofing company on north ware road.

The killer was an envious lowlife from earlier years.

While an employee of HEB he allegedly pulled a knife on a customer in Elsa, Texas.

Most of the police officers did not like his arrogancy.

If you were his friend, he did not want you to associate with anybody else.

Following this crime, this Nutcase shot up his own pickup, filed a false police report claiming someone had shot it up.

After two trials, with 5 lawyers, “judge” hector villareal, declared it a mistrial.

Knowing he was going to be removed by the feds, villareal later stepped down. villareal has since passed on.

After the second trial, this individual was found guilty of “involuntary manslaughter.”

The “civilian” mentioned in this news report is andres “andy” peña who was present at the crime scene

This SOB was supoenaed by the court and NEVER showed up! What kind of kangaroo court was this?

At this Creep’s arraigment, justice of the peace ruben ramos had initially charged this basketcase with—>homicide, then after, made it “involuntary manslaughter”. The jp & the killer both share the same surname. Were they related?

All over a woman.

Arnie has been dead 33 years & this Chickenshit has been walking around free, breathing GOD’s pure oxygen.

Arnoldo was a USMC military police. Nobody helped him achieve everything he accomplished. He did it on his own.

The FBI, Texas Rangers, mcallen police, and all so called authorities miserably failed him and chose to allow a criminal to go free.
